Millennia Designs a Space-Efficient Office for African Industries Group

Project Overview

African Industries Group, a major manufacturer in Lagos, partnered with Millennia to furnish its 145 sqm office. The challenge was to deliver a workspace that maximised space usage while creating a comfortable, collaborative environment for employees.

The Brief

The company needed furniture designed for maximum space utilisation and employee comfort. Their requirements included a wide range of solutions: conference table, L-shaped manager tables, office chairs, meeting tables, workstations, soft seating with centre table, mobile pedestals, office desks, reception desk, pantry units, storage cabinets, credenzas, and wall cladding.

Our Approach

Millennia developed a modular furniture plan tailored to African Industries’ needs. The focus was on ergonomic and space-efficient design, ensuring every square metre was optimised without compromising comfort. From reception areas to workstations, each element was carefully designed to support workflow, encourage collaboration, and present a polished, professional image.

Outcome

African Industries’ Lagos office now features smart, space-efficient modular furniture that streamlines workflow, fosters collaboration, and provides a comfortable environment for staff.
