Project Overview

DrugStoc, a fast-growing healthcare company, partnered with Millennia to furnish its 326 sqm corporate office in Lagos. The project required a balance of executive presence, collaborative spaces, and efficient storage, all within a modern and scalable layout.

The Brief

DrugStoc needed modular furniture for an expansive corporate workspace. Their requirements included executive desks, soft seating, storage cabinets, workstations, office chairs, meeting tables, mobile pedestals, L-shaped manager desks, credenzas, and display units. The priority was creating a professional environment that supports both daily operations and long-term growth.
For this project, adhering to the end-to-end scope, we developed a theme tailored to their pharmaceutical products and designed furniture to optimize day-to-day activities across various departments.

Our Approach

Millennia worked closely with DrugStoc to design and install bespoke modular furniture systems that enhance operational flow and flexibility. By combining collaborative layouts with ergonomic seating, the office was designed to encourage productivity while maintaining comfort. Tailored solutions such as custom storage and display units ensured the space was both efficient and visually cohesive.
Notably, the warehouse furniture, designed according to our layout and specifications, has significantly increased productivity and minimized unnecessary movement on the floor.
